Maladaptive daydreaming is an overdose of daydreaming, that is you over dream.

Unlike daydreaming which is fueled by creativity or desire to solve a problem or create something, maladaptive daydreaming is done for reality escape

This condition may at first seem harmless or even helpful, but it becomes a trap in the long run

Maladaptive daydreaming, according to experts estimated that it has affected about 40% of the global population

Research and experts has shown that maladaptive daydreaming is complex due to the biological factors attached to it

Cure Of Maladaptive Daydreaming

Maladaptive Daydreaming no matter how worse it is, it is curable.

Nature has thought us that with perseverance change is always possible

Lets us consider ways we can conquer MD.

Cutting Off Triggers. These triggers, include, Music, certain types of motivational videos, Boredom, or loneliness

Instead of letting boredom rip you apart, draw or engage in any creative activity

Listening to some music at certain times is very harmful since it triggers MD. Emotional songs or Hip-Hop songs are big triggers

Whenever MD tries to steal your mind, immediately engage in an Exercise, cold shower or small walking

Remember Maladaptive Daydreaming cure is not a two hour stuff. It takes time , patience and consistency
